Personal:

Betsy is an associate and practices in the firm's Estate Planning Group. Her practice involves Estate and Trust Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, and Elder Law issues. Betsy served as a Law Clerk for The Honorable Mark. A. Pizzo, United States Magistrate Judge for the Middle District of Florida from 2000-2003. She also practiced for a large law firm in Tampa with a focus on real estate transactions and corporate lending matters. Prior to going to law school, she spent five years working for Bank of America in Tampa, primarily as a commercial lender. Born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, she moved to Florida in 1990, and has lived in Bradenton since 2003.
