A Florida resident since 1988, Mark F. Dahle, Jr. graduated from Florida Southern College in 2001, earning a B.S. degree with highest honors in Economics. Mr. Dahle earned his J.D. at the University of Florida in 2003. He returned to the University of Florida to receive an LL. M. (Masters of Laws) in Taxation in 2005.
